FEES, RESCHEDULING AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

1. Fees for Mediation:

The mediation fee for a one-half day mediation is $400.00 per party.
The mediation fee for a full day of mediation is $800.00 per party.
A deposit is required 10 business days after scheduling for all scheduled mediations. The deposit for half day mediation is $250.00 and the remaining balance is due on the day of mediation. The deposit for a full day of mediation is $500.00 and the remaining balance is due on the day of mediation. If a deposit is not received by the due date, your mediation is subject to cancellation. Pro Se Clients (self-represented) are required to pay the full balance of mediation fees at the time the deposit is due.

**Please note** Deposits for mediations cancelled within ten business days of the mediation date are non-refundable. Full fees are due for mediations cancelled within 48 hours of mediation.

You may pay your deposit by personal check, credit card, your attorney's check, cash or money order. You may not pay any balance due on the date of mediation with a personal check; all other forms of payment are acceptable. If you wish to pay your deposit with a credit card, please visit our website at www.BollFamilyLaw.com and click on the tab "Make a Payment Online" located at the top of our Home page.

If Counsel is bringing a firm check or a firm credit card on the day of mediation, simply send us an email and advise of same.

2. Rescheduling Mediation:

Once a mediation has been scheduled and confirmed, an agreement of all parties is needed to change the mediation date. Please contact the opposing side first, then call our office and we will assist you in getting a new date scheduled.

Unpaid Deposits must be received by this office from both parties before the rescheduling of any mediation.

3. Cancellations:

Upon the cancellation of a scheduled mediation, the non-refundable deposit paid will be credited as an administrative fee. No refunds of deposits will be given for any cancellation.

Cancellations within 10 business days of the scheduled mediation will forfeit any deposits paid. Unpaid deposits for cancellations within 10 business days will be invoiced to the attorneys for each party, and are due at the time of cancellation.

Cancellations within 48 hours of a scheduled mediation will incur the full balances for their mediation. Unpaid balances will be invoiced to the attorney for each party and are due at the time of cancellation.
